Nick has built this neat HA, with Sierra twin-cam power. It features a custom front crossmember designed to take coilovers rather than the usual front leaf-spring affair, a mk2 Escort rear axle to take the extra power and late Escort front disc brakes. Gearbox is the MT75, the engine is injected and there's a boot- mounted Spitfire tank to take the fuel. Nick took the car to several events this year (2009) without any windows except for the front 'screen, so he's keeping the hot-rod tradition alive!
